LynxBoard is an intranet agile kanban system for team collaboration, iteration planning and progress tracking. This chapter covers its positioning, architecture and core capabilities.

Architecture

LynxBoard uses a browser/server architecture. The server runs on your in-house machine and team members access it via browser, with no client install.

• Server: CRUD APIs for boards, cards, users and permissions

• Frontend: responsive web board with drag-and-drop and live refresh

• Storage: local files / SQLite, data stays on the intranet
